Due to the corona virus, unfortunately many trips had to be cancelled in the last weeks. Flights have been cancelled and many hotels have to keep their doors closed for the time being due to the current situation. The current circumstances confront mankind with a new challenge. This is happening right now and while it carries on we must not bury our heads in the sand, but stay positive! We are aware that in uncertain times people don’t like to plan beyond the next day, and yet future plans are the ones that drive us and motivate us in our everyday lives. Special Terms & Conditions: Cancellation or Change on Travel Dates

We offer you the possibility of free cancellation or rebooking to a new travel date for all already booked trips with departure before July 31st, if the destination is classified as a risk region by the Robert Koch Institute.

Given the exceptional circumstances we currently face, we are offering extra flexibility and support for all new bookings. If you book until 31st August 2020 we offer you the possibility to secure your trip without obligation. We can guarantee the availability and the price of the accommodations and no down payment is required. Please contact our team for an individual planning of your holiday.

Until mid-May, you can decide whether you want to take advantage of the trip as initially confirmed, postpone it or put it aside for the time being.

Full Reimbursement of Costs in Case of Cancellation of Travel

If your trip cannot be realized due to entry restrictions of the destination or cancelled flights before you travel and no alternative date of travel is possible for you, you will receive a full refund from our side up to the date of your originally planned trip. No deductions or fees will be made and no travel vouchers will be issued if not stated otherwise by you.
